Noah Jackson's ASWH Page
As you may or may not know, I'm the Corporate & Event Officer at Father Joe's Villages and put on all of our major fundraising events throughout the year.
I'm excited to be starting San Diego's First Ever Walk for Homelessness. In San Diego, we have the 4th largest homeless population in the country, and we do not have anywhere for them to go because we also have the lowest vacancy rates in the country.
I'm asking for your support of my walk to help provide more housing options for our homeless neighbors in need. On August 5th, I'll be doing A Short Walk Home (2.1 miles) to make this dream a reality for those who need it most. I know money is tight for a lot of people, but I ask that you please consider donating anything you can. Even $5 will provide a client 3 meals in a day.
Father Joe's Villages is a one-stop-shop for getting people off the streets as we provide hope, medical treatment, therapeutic childcare, employment education and training, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, and housing to those in need.
If you can help in any way, your support will go a long way to helping end homelessness in San Diego.
Together, we can see an end to homelessness.
